Tasting Note

Light and creamy with crunchy, granny smith apples and pears and a refreshing, bright acidity. 

Old vine Chenin Blanc made using the oldest technique in the world for producing sparkling wine, Methode Ancestrale where the wine is bottled part way through fermentation to trap carbon dioxide and thus creates a gentle carbonation, much light than the traditional method used in Champagne. 

This is a perfect aperitif.
